Fast verification checklist

<head>. - Confirm script loads in browser network tab.
- Trigger a known event on site.
- Check verify/install status in dashboard.
- Validate consent state if using consent controls.
Common causes of no events
- Snippet deployed to wrong environment or domain.
- Script blocked by CSP, ad blocker, or tag manager conditions.
- Consent defaults to denied and is never updated to granted.
- Event trigger exists but conversion conditions do not match.
How to isolate the issue
- Test in an incognito window without extensions.
- Compare staging vs production snippet config.
- Use debug mode/event stream to confirm ingestion attempts.
Troubleshooting
- Script loads but still no events: inspect browser console for runtime errors.
- Events visible in debug but not in reports: allow processing time, then retest.
- Only some pages track: verify snippet is included across all templates/layouts.
