- Confirm payment method status in billing settings.
Operational guidance
- Keep at least one valid payment method on file.
- Review billing after major traffic or team growth.
- Communicate plan changes to stakeholders before month end.
Troubleshooting
- Plan change not visible: refresh billing page and check processing state.
- Card update fails: retry with another card and verify issuer supports online charges.
- Past-due warning: update payment method immediately to avoid interruptions.
