  • Request blocked due to low credits.

Recovery checklist

  1. Confirm available credits.
  2. Confirm on-demand cap status.
  3. Retry the same question with a shorter prompt.
  4. Refresh the page and retry.
  5. If issue persists, test with a different model option.

Credit and cap-specific recovery

  • Add prepaid credits if balance is low.
  • Increase monthly cap if you reached your current limit.
  • Retry after settings update has saved.

Query-quality recovery

  • Reduce prompt length.
  • Ask one question at a time.
  • Include specific timeframe and conversion scope.

Troubleshooting

  • Repeated provider errors: wait a few minutes and retry.
  • Only one user impacted: sign out/in and retry from a clean session.
  • All users impacted: capture timestamp and site ID before contacting support.
