AI credit checkout flow
- Start purchase from Settings → AI Credits.
- Complete checkout.
- Return to dashboard.
- Confirm credits posted to your balance.
If checkout does not complete
- Close and restart checkout from the same site workspace.
- Confirm your payment method is active.
- Check if any billing holds or bank blocks occurred.
Past-due and grace behavior
- Past-due states can temporarily limit paid features.
- During grace windows, restore payment quickly to avoid service impact.
- If your plan downgrades after non-payment, update payment and re-upgrade as needed.
Troubleshooting
- Charged but no credits: wait briefly, refresh, then contact support with transaction time.
- Repeated checkout cancellations: try another browser/device and confirm card verification steps.
- On-demand unavailable after payment issue: resolve past-due status first.
