Go to Settings → AI Credits for balance, top-up, and cap controls.

Buy a credit pack

1. Click Buy credits.
2. Select a pack size.
3. Complete checkout.
4. Return to settings and confirm your updated balance.

Configure monthly caps

1. Enable on-demand credits.
2. Pick your monthly cap.
3. Save settings.
4. Revisit cap settings when team usage changes.

Recommended operating routine

• Review credit usage weekly.
• Keep a small prepaid buffer even if on-demand is enabled.
• Raise cap temporarily during launches or campaign spikes.

Troubleshooting

• Checkout completed but credits not visible: refresh settings and wait briefly for payment confirmation.
• Cannot change cap: verify account permissions and billing status.
• Frequent cap hits: switch to a higher cap and update internal usage guidelines.
